With this machine we can ensure that all woodchip is screened to the precise specification required by our clients, reducing the portion of fines and any oversized material. The end screened fuel is suitable for even the most sensitive boilers and can result in fewer breakdowns and less maintenance.
We now have the full range of machinery to produce high quality renewable biomass fuel. The Heizohack Whole Tree Chipper powered by Claas Xerion 3300 can chip G30 - G100 specifications with the Herbst Screener then able to finess the product.
For self-sufficient estates we are able to provide contract chipping services and screening of previously produced material.
